Currently on the avoid list

Nothing is flagged right now. That is not the same as everything being safe — it means nothing on the board has crossed the line since the last review pass.

Game by game

01

Crash: the curve that knows your bet

An honest crash round commits to its multiplier before anyone bets, and lets you verify that afterwards. A rigged one decides after. If your big rounds die early and your small ones ride, and the site cannot produce a pre-committed hash for both, the curve is watching your stake.

02

Dice: seeds you are not allowed to set

Provably fair dice means you supply a client seed and can change it whenever you like. A site that generates both seeds, or quietly resets yours after a win, has removed the only part of the system that was protecting you.

03

Mines: boards drawn after the click

The mine positions should be fixed when the board is created. If they are not, the site can place a mine wherever you click on the tile that would have cashed you out. A fair mines game can prove the layout predates your first pick.

04

Cases: the odds nobody publishes

A case opening without published, verifiable drop rates is a raffle with the host holding the ticket. If the rare item has no stated probability, there is no probability — there is whatever the site decides today.

05

Coinflip: an opponent that is the house

Player-versus-player flips are only fair if the other player exists. Instant matching at any stake, at any hour, against names that never appear anywhere else, usually means you are flipping against the site itself.

06

Any game: the withdrawal that needs one more wager

The most common rig is not in the game at all. You win, and the payout is gated behind wagering that was never mentioned, sized so you will lose it back first. Read what clearing a bonus actually requires before you accept one.

Before you stake

  • Verify one round before you play seriously. If a site cannot show its working on a single hand, do not give it a session.
  • Change your client seed at least once and confirm the results change with it.
  • Cash out to your own world regularly. Locks on the site are the site's locks until you move them.
  • Every game here has a house edge. Playing longer does not fix it, it applies it more times.
  • No dice, crash or case site needs your GrowID password or recovery email. A trade in a world is all any of them require.

If it has stopped being fun

Chasing a loss, borrowing locks to keep playing, or hiding how much you have staked are the signs worth taking seriously — and they are the same whether the currency is locks or money.

If any of that sounds familiar, stop and talk to someone. In the UK, GamCare runs a free 24-hour helpline on 0808 8020 133. Elsewhere, search for your national gambling helpline — most countries have one, and they will talk to you about in-game currency the same as any other.

18+. Gambling with Growtopia locks carries real risk of loss and is not endorsed by Ubisoft. Never stake more than you can afford to lose, and never share your GrowID or password with anyone.
